After studying cooking for four years in high school, I ventured into hospitality finance and real estate, a career that allowed me to travel the world. Working and sharing meals with people from different cultures is what shaped me the most into who I am today.
Today, I’m returning back to basics. I am creating a purpose-driven brand to support families in building nourishing, sustainable food routines — in the midst of life’s beautiful chaos.
For over 20 years, cooking has been my anchor - a space to relax, connect, and create. Whether preparing a quick family dinner or gathering friends around the table, the kitchen has always been my happy place, where wellness begins, one colourful plate at a time.
But the journey to calm, joyful meals wasn’t always easy. I spent years working in hospitality finance and real estate for global brands like Starwood, IHG, BNP Paribas and HVS.
A fast-paced, rewarding career that took me around the world guided by great mentors. I thrived in high-performance environments, but behind the spreadsheets and business travel, I often longed for something quieter: to unwind and to truly be present with my family.
As a mother of two and founder of The Laughing Broccoli, I guide busy families in creating healthy food habits that foster connection, calm, and confidence at the table, transforming mealtimes into moments of joy rather than stressful chores.
